树脂覆膜陶瓷砂

Sintered ceramic sand is an artificial spherical casting sand developed by SHXK. It has high refractoriness (>1800°C), small angular coefficient (<1.1, approximately spherical), low acid consumption (neutral material), low binder content (30% reduction in binder content), and particles high strength, non-breaking and other characteristics, suitable for sand casting (molding sand, core sand), coated sand, V method casting, lost foam casting (filled sand), foundry coating (ceramic sand powder), 3D printing and other casting processes. It is green and environmentally friendly foundry sand.

在型砂、芯砂中采用部分陶砂，使壳型、壳芯具有耐高温、膨胀小、不易塌陷、发气量小等性能，能有效防止铸件膨胀缺陷。对于形状特别复杂的芯子，可解决射砂不易密实的问题。

采用全陶粒砂制成覆膜砂，经再生后多次重复使用，可有效提高铸件质量和生产效率，降低铸件报废率，降低企业生产成本，长期使用成本比硅砂低。因此，近年来，几乎所有大型覆膜砂厂都已采用陶粒砂作为原砂生产覆膜砂。
