Description:

Bauxite sand is a special foundry molding sand for iron and steel casting. It also goes by trade names such as: Green Beads, MinSand, Green Sand, Ceramic Beads, and Spherical Beads. It’s spherical particle shape guarantees a very good flowability. Due to the special surface structure the binder/hardener demand compared to other molding sands can be reduced. Bauxite sand has a very good refractoriness of up to 1800 degree Celsius and a low thermal expansion. It is well regarded as a revolutionary new foundry sand.

It can be widely used in all types of foundry sand molding, such as resin-coated sand, no-bake sand, cold core box, green sand, precision casting, lost foam casting and 3D printing etc., excellent properties help you reduce more production cost.
